Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri was founded durring the early 14th century in spring of the year 1341, by Mírdes Shëmtë. The establishment of Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri was somewhat plagued by a lack of willing colonists, leading to Mírdes Shëmtë electing to pay people to resettle in Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri.
Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.
Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri is buildings are grouped arround an odd layout of premissive packed earth streets, which seems to be based on an overlapping squair patern such that there are small squares at the cornor of every bigger square. Sometimes buildings exist in the smaller squaires, other times they are open spaces, or occupied by temporary structures. The town is protected by a humble stone fence which is tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The peasent-grade has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri is, in a word, disorder. People seem to be allowed to do as they please with little harmoney to anything. It feels less like a town, and more like a spot people just happened to place their homes. Yet there are small elements here and there which show the underlying structure of the community. It’s just so complex, organic, and flowing one can only understand what is a piece of the puzzle, but not what its neighbors are.

Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri. Cultural Notes
One or more crime bosses have a powerful influence within Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri. They may control crime within the community itself, or they may use it simply as a safe haven from which to direct their minions elsewhere. Local law enforcement may know all about them, but lack the strength to confront them and their paid or intimidated henchmen.
Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is characterized by vertical proportions, pointed arches, external buttressing, and asymmetry in the general shape of its buildings. The decorative features of the style were key, consisting of large arched windows, pointed arches, vaulted ceilings, flying buttresses, and sculptures integrated into the structure itself. Occasionally, for very important buildings, an array of sculptures or one colossal sculpture might replace the entirety of the entrance to said building.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century, Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri was attacked by soldiers from another nation, waging a greater campaign. The details of the conflict are hazy at best due to many conflicting accounts. What is known is Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri lost 142 people, 201 livestock, and 90 buildings. The conflict ended after roughly 58, when members of Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri's militia enacted an operation to deliver supplies to a particular solgiers group. The operation was complicated by at least some of the intelligence related to the operation was incorrect. The conflict ended with the defense of the strategic location against a siege, which ended in a stalemate for Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri's forces. The war is remembered in legend by Fìkh Hepmæg Cusri's bards, historians, and legend keepers.
